I’ve posted a number of times over the last few months with my thoughts and ideas about the current state and future of executive recruitment, with this drawing upon my 25 years in the industry and more than 1,050 completed projects.

But that doesn’t mean I know everything and that there aren’t perspectives I haven’t considered.
